Use this template to add an icon on your userpage for the article that you wrote or expanded five times which appeared on Wikipedia:Did you know.

Usage change

| icon = Optional name of image file for icon; see below

, use |icon=Symbol question.svg - To order the icons use
|sortkey=. They are arranged alphabetically, meaning "19" comes before "2", so add a leading zero if you are using numbers to sort ten or more icons.
