Usage change

Parameters change
- Required first parameter: year
- Enter the Formula One year for the desired points table.
- Optional
example=: yes- Enter yes to include the examples in the notes section. If missing, blank, or anything other than yes, no examples will be included.
- Optional
constructor=: yes- Enter yes to include the note the Constructors' Championship note starting in 1991.
- This parameter has no effect in the years before 1991.

- When a team officially enters only one car, the second driver for that team cannot earn any points.
- All races count for the Constructors' Championship.
