Usage
Template:ISO 639 name ckb is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code ckb, for example: {{Translated page |ckb |name of page at Central Kurdish Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Central Kurdish Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Central Kurdish Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |ckb}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|ckb| some text in Central Kurdish}} wraps the text with <span lang="ckb"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code ckb to include articles in Category:Articles containing Central Kurdish-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |Central Kurdish |ckb}}). Also available is {{Lang-ckb |some text in Central Kurdish}} which displays as Sorani Kurdish: some text in Central Kurdish.
- {{R from other language|ckb|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Central Kurdish-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|ckb}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Central Kurdish-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
