Usage
Template:ISO 639 name dz is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code dz, for example: {{Translated page |dz |name of page at Dzongkha Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Dzongkha Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Dzongkha Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |dz}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|dz| some text in Dzongkha}} wraps the text with <span lang="dz"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Dzongkha-language text. Also available is {{Lang-dz |some text in Dzongkha}} which displays as Dzongkha: some text in Dzongkha.
- {{R from other language|dz|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Dzongkha-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|dz}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Dzongkha-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
