Usage
Template:ISO 639 name nap is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code nap, for example: {{Translated page |nap |name of page at Neapolitan Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Neapolitan Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Neapolitan Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |nap}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|nap| some text in Neapolitan}} wraps the text with <span lang="nap"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Neapolitan-language text. Also available is {{Lang-nap |some text in Neapolitan}} which displays as Neapolitan: some text in Neapolitan.
- {{R from other language|nap|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Neapolitan-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|nap}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Neapolitan-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
