Template:ISO 639 name pcd
Picard
Usage
Template:ISO 639 name pcd is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code pcd, for example: {{Translated page |pcd |name of page at Picard Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Picard Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Picard Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |pcd}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|pcd| some text in Picard}} wraps the text with <span lang="pcd"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Picard-language text. Also available is {{Lang-pcd |some text in Picard}} which displays as Picard: some text in Picard.
- {{R from other language|pcd|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Picard-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|pcd}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Picard-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
