This template categorizes tagged articles into Category:Articles needing style editing. This template is a self-reference. This template is not useful for Wikipedia:Subst.
Usage Edit
This template has three optional fields:
- article or section,
- i, we, first-person (for both we and I), you, or second-person (same as "you"), and
- an adverb (like inappropriately or excessively).
For instance, "{{inappropriate person|section|i|excessively}}" results in:
 | This article or section uses i inappropriately or too much. |
Leaving the arguments undefined is acceptable; the template will show the default text listed on this page.
Alternative Edit
If the problem is correctable with the skills you already possess, consider being bold and fixing it yourself, rather than applying this tag and leaving it for someone else to clean up.
