This template is used to format how services of the New York City Subway appear on Wikipedia pages. For detailed instructions and a full listing of these templates, see Wikipedia:WikiProject New York City Public Transportation/New York City Subway/Services and lines.
The line that this template refers to is the all tracks of the IND Queens Boulevard Line, at Jackson Heights – Roosevelt Avenue and Forest Hills – 71st Avenue.
This template will refer to the service at the following New York City Subway stations:
- Jackson Heights – Roosevelt Avenue
- Forest Hills – 71st Avenue
