Usage change

This template may be put at the top of a biographical article to explain to readers unfamiliar with Portuguese name which part of a name is the family name. If there are two family names, these can both be stated.

Wikitext	Result
`{{Portuguese name\|Alves}}` or `{{Portuguese name\|first=Alves}}`	This is a Portuguese name; the family name is Alves.
`{{Portuguese name\|Alves\|da Silva}}` or `{{Portuguese name\|first=Alves\|second=da Silva}}`	This is a Portuguese name; the first family name is Alves and the second is da Silva.
