Usage
changeThis template is intended to simplify entering population information in the articles about Russian administrative divisions and inhabited localities. The template automatically references the data to an appropriate source, so make sure that the number you are entering into the template matches that source. The reference can be re-used elsewhere in the text. The name of the reference for the 2002 Census is "PopCensus", and the name of the reference for the 1989 Census is "Census1989".
- Parameters
Bolded parameters are mandatory; italicized parameters are optional.
- p1989: population recorded by the 1989 population Census
- p2002: population recorded by the 2002 population Census
- p2010: final results of the 2010 population Census
- p2021: final results of the 2021 population Census
- punct: trailing punctuation sign. A period (.) is the default.

- Default output:
