This template uses OKTMO ID (P764) to retrieve the federal subject (or district, for Sakha Republic) and fetches the associated time zone (located in time zone (P421)) or UTC timezone offset (P2907). The OKTMO/entity mapping is found on the subtemplate Template:Russia Time Zone Wikidata/getQID.
