Usage change

DO NOT copy the source of this userbox. Otherwise you risk putting your userpage in a miscategorization, and/or generating duplicate templates/userboxes.

Put this userbox on your userpage like this: {{User Did You Know|pagename}}, which will generate a userbox like
A fact from the article Some page, which this user created or hugely changed, has been in the Did you know... section on the Main Page.

An alternate theme can be displayed using {{User Did You Know|pagename|theme=blue}}, which will generate a userbox like
A fact from the article Some page, which this user created or hugely changed, has been in the Did you know... section on the Main Page.

This template will automatically add your page to the category Category:Wikipedia Did you know contributors; this can be suppressed with |nocat=yes.

The text "created or significantly contributed to" can be varied with the parameter |verb=. For example, {{User Did You Know|pagename|verb=created}} would generate
A fact from the article Some page, which this user created, has been in the Did you know... section on the Main Page.

If you would like to link to the specific revision of Template:Did you know that contained your fact, then the parameter |version_id= can do so. For example, {{User Did You Know|pagename|version_id=641650067}} would generate
A fact from the article Some page, which this user created or hugely changed, has been in the Did you know... section on the Main Page.
