Change to use Module Mehtod

I am wondering would it be easier to use the Lua, Module method found Module:Icon be easier then using the current method of calling the icon class, as this method does not nessacarily, always work on the calling in all templates, such as {{Retired Pacific hurricanes}}, as can be seen by the Commons Category Icon not showing. --Clarkcj12 (talk) 02:16, 12 December 2017 (UTC)
