Terry Carter

Terry Carter (born December 16, 1928) is an American actor and movie director. He is known for his roles as Sgt. Joe Broadhurst on the seven-year TV series McCloud^[1] and as Colonel Tigh on the original Battlestar Galactica. He was born in New York City.
