The Blizzard (Russian: Метель) is a 1964 Soviet drama movie directed by Vladimir Basov.[1][2] It stars Valentina Titova, Oleg Vidov, and Georgy Martyniuk. The movie is based on the 1831 story "The Blizzard" from The Tales of the Late Ivan Petrovich Belkin by Alexander Pushkin.
