The Stationmaster (Russian: Станционный смотритель) is a 1972 Soviet drama movie directed by Sergei Solovyov.[1][2] It stars Nikolai Pastukhov, Marianna Kushnerova, and Nikita Mikhalkov. The movie is based on the 1831 short story of the same name by Alexander Pushkin.
