Thembelihle Mkize (born 24 November 1995) is a South African water polo player. She has represented South Africa in Waterpolo, twice. She was the Vice-Captain of the South African U18 Waterpolo team at only 17 years old in 2012. She then made the South African Womens national team at 18 years old and represented the country in Barcelona at the world champs. Where she made South African history as the youngest team member in the womens South African team.
