Tiberius Claudius Balbilus
Roman scholar, politician and imperial court astrologer (AD 3-79)
Tiberius Claudius Balbillus Modestus (AD 3–79) was a scholar and politician from Ancient Roman. He was also an astrologer to the emperors Claudius, Nero, and Vespasian.[1]
