Tibor Foco
Tibor Foco (18 April 1956, Linz, Austria) is a killer of Elfriede Hochgatterer (13 Mrch 1986). He escaped from the Linz prison in 1995. His place of residence is unknown. He is the suspect as the serial killer on 4th Highway Killer in Hungary. [1]
