Timothy Sylvester Harris (born 14 January 1964) was the 3rd Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis from 2015 to 2022.

Harris was Minister of Foreign Affairs from 10 August 2001 to 25 January 2008, Minister for Finance from 2008 to 2010, and Senior Minister for Agriculture from 2010 to 2013.[1]
