Tinka Offereins (born 5 October 1993) is a Dutch rower.[1][2]

Offereins represents Netherlands at international competitions in the women's coxless four and women's eight. In the women's eight she won medals at the 2020 European Rowing Championships and 2021 European Rowing Championships. At the World Cup in Poland in 2022 she won the women's eight race and finished second in the women's coxless four.[3] She won the bronze medal at the 2022 European Rowing Championships in the women's eight event.[4]
Offereins started when she was young with tennis and athletics. At the age of 16 years old she stopped with playing tennis. She won with athletics a medal at the Dutch junior athletic championships.[2]
