It is the fourth movie of the Tom and Jerry franchise. it features Tom and Jerry went on a racing adventure by making it's way by a destroy to a old house to a mansion.

Tom the cat and Jerry the mouse, after destroying their house during a chase, are chased away by the cat's owner. The two animals see on the television (which has remained intact) a news bulletin about the Fabulous Super Race, a reality car show that offers the winner the golden key to a luxury villa.

Tom and Jerry decide to participate in the show and, after building their own custom vehicles from waste materials in a landfill, they go to Globwobbler Studios, a production company that finances the race, where producer J.W. makes the two protagonists sign a contract.

The sports commentators who will host the race will be Biff Buzzard and Buzz Blister. They meet and interview the contestants who are Steed Dirkly, Granny and her dog Squirty, Gorthan, Mallory McDoogle aka Mom Companion and Dr. Professor, who unfortunately is eliminated before the race due to Biff blowing up his car.

The contestants start the race from Hollywood, and in order to win, they must reach the finish line in Mexico. Granny manages to win the race and is on the verge of collecting the prize, but Biff and Buzz refuse to give her the key because due to the ratings that have been increased mainly thanks to Tom, J.W. has decided to extend the race and move the finish line to the Amazon. It is then moved to Antarctica, Australia and finally Borneo.

Over the course of the story, all the contestants except Tom and Jerry are eliminated one after the other: Mama Accompaniment's car ends up in quicksand; Steed Dirkly's car sinks after being struck by lightning; Gorthan sticks his tongue to a frozen pole; Granny and her dog Squirty are smashed to death because of Tom.

Arriving in Borneo, the cat and mouse have to return to Hollywood by jet in just five minutes, as the race is now taking too long. However, Tom and Jerry crossed the finish line at the same time, ending the race in a tie. J.W. explains to the protagonists that according to the contract, the race will have to be repeated. Tom and Jerry, enraged, assault him heavily and take the key to the mansion by force. The producer, angry and bewildered, decides that Hollywood will have to invest in family entertainment, so the Hollywood president appears and disintegrates him, promoting the subordinate Irving to head of Globwobbler Studios.

Tom and Jerry share the mansion until the cat's owner arrives and takes possession of it, ordering him to capture the mouse. The two begin to turn the house upside down again.
