Tony Rice

American guitarist and bluegrass musician

David Anthony "Tony" Rice (born June 8, 1951) is an American musician and songwriter. He was born in Danville, Virginia but grew up in Los Angeles, California. He is famous for his skill at playing acoustic guitar.

In 1983 Rice won a Grammy Award for "Best Country Instrumental Performance."
