Tony Street

Australian politician

Anthony Austin Street (8 February 1926 – 25 October 2022) was an Australian federal politician. He was Foreign Minister in the Fourth Fraser Ministry between 1980 and 1983.[1] A member of Parliament, he represented the Corangamite division in Victoria from 1966 through 1984.

His father Geoffrey Street held his seat before him, and other members of the Street family. Street was a member of the Liberal Party of Australia. He was born in Melbourne.

Street died on 25 October 2022, at the age of 96.[2][3]
