History
changeThe press was created in 1946. There were big changes in 1967 and 1976. Today, it operates as a consortium with representation from each of the participating universities. The press is on the west part of the KU campus.[3]
The press mostly publishes books about American politics and military history. They also publish books about the region around it.[4]
