Upper St. Clair is a township in southern Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. It has with home rule status. The township is located about 8 miles (13 km) south of Downtown Pittsburgh. It is known for being an affluent suburb. The township's school district has been recognized nationally. As of the 2020 census, 21,160 people lived in the township.
About 9% of the township's area is used for 14 parks and multiple fields. This is about 733 acres (2.97 km2). The township borders with six communities. These including South Fayette Township to the west, Bridgeville to the northwest, Scott Township and Mt. Lebanon to the north, Bethel Park to the east, and Peters Township in Washington County to the south.
