Symptoms of ADD change

This is for people to read who do not speak English very well. It is about a difficult kind of sickness called ADD. These are the letters for: "Attention Deficit Disorder", or A.D.D. It is not dangerous really, but it can hurt you if you are trying to live a life that is normal.

Some people find it very hard to sit still. They can not study or read a book without stopping and getting up. They move around quickly to different things. They often forget where they put things. They lose things like keys or letters. They might have trouble sleeping.

People with ADD could be punished as children in school for no reason. It is just hard to sit still and do one thing at a time. The teacher could not understand that it was hard not to talk and it was hard to listen all the time.

ADD puts lots of ideas in the brain that move around quickly. It is hard to think about one thing at a time. Sometimes, people with ADD do not look at all the things around them in the room or on the street or in a store. They do not always see everything because there are so many ideas in their brain.
