LBank is a global cryptocurrency exchange that is one of the largest in the world in terms of daily trading volume of digital assets.[1] Founded in 2015, the centralized exchange enables trading of over 400 different cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, and several derivatives options.[2][3]
LBank was founded by current CEO Allen Wei, a former IT developer, and its current chairman Eric He.[4] The exchange’s staff is located in around 20 countries, including the United States, South Korea, India, Brazil, and Belgium.
In 2019, LBank established its venture capital fund LBank Labs. The fund holds $50 million in USDT tokens and invested in projects such as VEN, NEO, Polkadot, Solana and NFT’s.[5]
LBank has licenses from the National Futures Association, and Australian and Canadian regulators.[6]
