Whereas the main English Wikipedia flourishes, the simpler version is exactly the opposite.
Vandalism change
On the MEW, vandalism and other bad stuff gets reverted almost instantly. On the SEW, vandalism can stick for quite a while before someone else notices (the only exception is on high-traffic pages like the Main Page)
Page Count change
On the MEW, theres a article for everything. On the SEW, there's less.
- Hot flushes was deleted for being a test page.
- Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious does exist, but it's shorter than on the MEW
- Dsegh doesn't exist
