Usage change
If the message is being sent to a suspected sockpuppeteer, use {{SSP2notification|2=Example}} which will display Template:SSP2notification
If sent to an involved party other than the user, use {{SSP2notification|1=involved|2=Example}} which will display Template:SSP2notification
