IPs creating pages
In response to your message here, IP addresses can create pages here, but not at the English Wikipedia. There would be a lot of bad pages if IPs were allowed to create new articles since many IPs these days are vandals. Some IPs wouldn't do that, but the majority would by the amounts of vandalism by them around Wikipedia. Here on Simple English Wikipedia, there aren't many bad page creations, so we allow IPs to create pages. Most creations by IPs here are good, positive pages, not negative. – RyanCross (talk) 07:17, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

Categories
Hi Tharnton345. You have been creating a few pages such as British Rail but do not add any categories or interwiki links. You must add one of both. To do this:
- Type at the bottom [[Category:Transport]] - But you must know if the category exists. You might want to use HotCat - Try looking in your settings.
- Also type [[en:British Rail]] - But make sure that page exists, by going to the en.wiki version.

Explain please
Would you care to explain this please? Use of ALL CAPS and lots of exclamation marks (!) should not be used when warning a vandal. However, I am unsure as to where/when the IP vandalised? see list of contributions. As far as I can see, he has not edited Ford Motor Company, at all, at least not recently.
