Vasco Fernando Leote de Almeida e Costa, GCIH, GCL (Chinese: 高斯達; 26 July 1932 – 25 July 2010) was a Portuguese naval officer and politician who was the Minister of Internal Administration between 19 September 1975 and 23 July 1976.
