Anguillan politician (born 1947)

Victor Franklin Banks (born 8 November 1947)[1] is an Anguillan politician. He was a member of the Anguilla United Front (AUF). He was Premier from 14 May 2019[2][3] until he lost his re-election bid in the 2020 general election.
