Victor J. Kemper

American cinematographer (1927–2023)

Victor Jay Kemper, A.S.C. (April 14, 1927 – November 27, 2023) was an American cinematographer. Kemper won an Emmy for Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography for his work on the 1987 television movie, Kojak: The Price of Justice.[1] He is also known for his work on Dog Day Afternoon.

Kemper died in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, on November 27, 2023, at the age of 96.[2]
