Viktor Alksnis
Latvian-Russian politician and military officer (1950–2025)
Viktor Imantovich Alksnis (21 June 1950 – 1 January 2025) was a Russian politician. From 2000 to 2007, he was a member of the State Duma. He was the Mayor of Tuchkovo from 2013 to 2015.
