Vitold Fokin
Ukrainian politician
Vitold Pavlovych Fokin (Ukrainian: Віто́льд Па́влович Фо́кін; born 25 October 1932) is a Ukrainian politician. He was appointed first deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine in November 1991. After Vitaliy Masol was forced to resign Fokin was appointed Head of the Council of Ministers of Ukrainian SSR on 17 October 1990.[1]
