On Wikipedia, all users should be here to build an encyclopedia. This means that all users should try to make good changes and not be here to do things unrelated to the encyclopedia on Wikipedia. Users that show that they are not here to build an encyclopedia could be blocked or banned.
What "not here to build an encyclopedia" is change
- Not wanting to contribute.
- Long history of vandalism that does not show signs of changing.
- Advertising.
- Edit warring.
- Dishonest behavior, like sock puppetry.
