Policy discussion

Howdy, folks. So I may have been a bit hasty in adding a policy tag to the page. I think that it may be important to codify Simple's position on BLPs. Thus, I advocate that we begin a discussion here in order to further this effort. Cheers, Bstone (talk) 18:11, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

That surely sounds like an excellent first step. Perhaps we can begin using the project page as a draft, discussing it here. I think we can use the en.wp as a model but take into account the nature of Simple. Bstone (talk) 20:10, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

soft redirect

Since we follow enwp when we don't have a local policy, I've been attempting to adapt the BLP policy for simple. This is a huge undertaking, I mean even the simplification is huge undertaking. So, for now, I've placed a soft redirect. Unless someone gets to it before me, maybe I'll take to simplifying one paragraph at a time in a subpage.
