Willem Wissing

Willem Wissing, also known as William Wissing (1656, Amsterdam or The Hague[1] - 10 Sep 1687 Burghley House), was a Dutch portrait artist. He painted many famous people of the day, including William III of England,Mary II of England,Anne of Great Britain.
