William Byron

American racecar driver

William McComas Byron Jr.[1] (born November 29, 1997) is an American Race Car driver. He drives the No. 24 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Hendrick Motorsports in the NASCAR Cup Series, The No. 88 for JR Motorsports in the Xfinity Series, and the No. 7 for Spire Motorsports in the NASCAR Truck Series. His racing career started on the racing simulator, iracing.com.[2] In 2018, he took over the No. 24, made famous by Jeff Gordon, and Chase Elliott. He didn't win until the 2020 Coke Zero Sugar 400.[3] Before that, he didn't see much success. [4]
