William Gianelli
American government official (1919–2020)
William Gianelli (February 19, 1919 – March 30, 2020) was an American lawyer, engineer and politician. He was the United States Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) from 1981 to 1984 during the Ronald Reagan.[1] Before this, Gianelli as head of the California Department of Water Resources.[2] He was born in Stockton, California.
