William J. Castagna

American judge (1924-2020)

William John Castagna (June 25, 1924 – December 18, 2020) was an American politician and lawyer. He was the United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida from 1979 until his death. He was nominated to the court by President Jimmy Carter. Castagna was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Castagna died on December 18, 2020 in Tampa, Florida at the age of 96.[1]
