Willis tray

A Willis tray is a large serving tray that contains all of the items needed to reset a table for service. Table cloth, water glasses, wine glasses, napkins with silverware. The Willis tray was created by manager Tim Willis at Eddie Merlot's Prime Beef and Seafood, hence the name.
