Willy Ley
German-American science and science-fiction writer (1906–1969)
Willy Otto Oskar Ley (October 2, 1906 – June 24, 1969) was a German-American science writer and rocket scientist. He was a known supporter of cryptozoology. The crater Ley on the far side of the Moon is named in his honor.
