Yevgeny Krylatov
Soviet and Russian composer (1934–2019)
Yevgeny Pavlovich Krylatov (Russian: Евге́ний Па́влович Крыла́тов; 23 February 1934 – 8 May 2019) was a Russian composer. He wrote songs for over 120 Soviet and Russian live-action and animated movies. He created music for movies such as Film, Film, Film (1968), Property of the Republic (1971), Three from Prostokvashino (1978), The Adventures of the Elektronic (1979), Lilac Ball (1987) and Don't Leave... (1989). He was awarded People's Artist of Russia in 1994. He was born in Lysva.
Krylatov died of pneumonia on 8 May 2019 in Moscow. He was 85.[1]
