Zev Buffman

American actor and theater director

Zev Buffman (October 11, 1930[1] – March 31, 2020) was an Israeli Broadway producer. He was President and CEO of Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Florida.[2] He made more than 40 Broadway shows. He partnered with Elizabeth Taylor to present her in her Broadway debut, The Little Foxes. Buffman was also the co-founding General Partner of the NBA Champion Basketball team the Miami Heat.[3] In 2011-2018, Buffman was named the President & CEO of Ruth Eckerd Hall.

Buffman died at a hospital in Seattle of pancreatic cancer on March 31, 2020 at the age of 89.[4]
