Ali Aref Bourhan

President of the Government Council the French Territory of the Afars and the Issas

Ali Aref Bourhan (born 1934) is a Djiboutian politician. He was the 1st President of the Government Council of the French Territory of the Afars and the Issas from 1967 to 1976.[1][2][3]
