Amaury Pasos
Brazilian former basketball player (1935–2024)
Amaury Antônio Pasos (December 11, 1935 – December 12, 2024), also commonly known simply as Amaury, was a Brazilian basketball player and coach. He was born in São Paulo, Brazil.[1] He competed at three Olympic Games, winning two bronze medals in 1960 and 1964.[2] He was honored into the FIBA Hall of Fame in 2007.
Pasos died on December 12, 2024 in São Paulo, one day after this 89th birthday.[3]
