Annapurna II

Annapurna II is a 7,937 metres (26,040 ft) mountain in the Himalayas range, in Nepal.[1] It is the 16th highest mountain in the world. This is the 2nd highest mountain of Annapurna Massif, and lies 950 meters away from the main peak which is Annapurna I. The first people to reach the top were Richard Grant, Chris Bonington, and Ang Nyima, in 1960.[2] Until 2023, onlt 121 people have climed Annapurna II. [3] Annapurna II is notable for its large avalanches, rockfall, large ice overhangs, and frequent storms.
