Through a series of acquisitions, Associated Artists Productions' assets have passed to Warner Bros. Discovery. Associated Artists Productions was the copyright owner of the Popeye shorts by Paramount Pictures, and the pre-1948 color Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of shorts produced by Warner Bros..
